Overview

Infopulse, part of Tietoevry Create, is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a Business Analyst (ServiceNow). Our customer is one of the Big Four companies providing audit, tax, consulting, and financial advisory services.

In Short

• Responsibilities include requirements elicitation, gathering, and analysis.
• Design, develop, and document requirements.
• Manage requirements and facilitate the approval process.
• Communicate with product stakeholders.
• Support customers with questions and functionality logic.
• Participate in the solution design process with the development team.
• 3+ years of BA experience in IT required.
• Knowledge or experience with the ServiceNow platform is essential.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and requirement management processes.
• Proficiency in writing functional and non-functional requirements.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in documenting business processes and user interfaces.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and result-oriented approach.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Team player abilities.
• English proficiency — upper intermediate or higher.
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM will be an advantage.
