ServiceNow Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The ServiceNow Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

In Short

• Partner with stakeholders to define and document requirements.
• Work with the development team to implement effective solutions.
• Translate business requirements into user stories.
• Serve as Scrum Master for the development team.
• Build and implement test scripts and plans.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop documentation based on gathered requirements.
• Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience eliciting requirements and designing processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM.
• Familiarity with Agile software development practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• ITIL v3 certification or other ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience with Blue Works Live preferred.
• A 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
