The Senior Performance Engineer will be responsible for designing and executing performance tests, utilizing various tools and scripting languages to ensure optimal application performance.

5+ years of experience in performance test automation.
Strong scripting skills in Beanshell, Java, or Python.
Expertise in Test Planning and Test Strategy.
Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter and BlazeMeter.
Knowledge of hardware and software architecture.
Experience with system monitoring tools.
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Good communication skills.
Experience in frontend performance testing is a plus.

Requirements

5-10 years of experience in performance engineering.
Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies.
Experience in gathering NFR for testing projects.
Ability to investigate complex performance issues.
Familiarity with application performance management software.
Knowledge of Unix/Windows environments.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Good to have knowledge of frontend performance testing.
