• Collaborate with government stakeholders to define requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
• Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and document business processes and workflows.
• Lead system and user acceptance testing.
• Partner with technical teams to validate functionality.
• Understand federal agency operations and best practices.
• Conduct workshops and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain one.
• 5 years of business analysis experience in government consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in business process documentation using Microsoft Visio.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with SDLC and ITSM best practices.
