Senior Business Analyst (ServiceNow) - Remote

Overview

Join our growing ServiceNow team as a Sr. Business Analyst, where you will act as a management consultant, advisor, and implementor for a dynamic client in a science-driven environment. You will be responsible for understanding the client’s business processes and requirements and how ServiceNow can transform their operations. As part of our team delivering digital transformation services, you will provide advanced technical solutions to streamline and optimize systems.

In Short

• Work with clients to understand needs and requirements.
• Conduct workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Support business process re-engineering efforts.
• Introduce best practices for SPM, SecOps, Agile/Test in ServiceNow.
• Perform gap analysis of current and desired processes.
• Document requirements and translate them into specifications.
• Engage across the team and project stakeholders.
• Work closely with developers to ensure requirements are met.
• Document workflows and results of business analysis.
• Write stories with acceptance criteria following agile practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 7 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in an agile environment.
• Experience advising and managing client expectations.
• Management consulting experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in building professional slides.
• Experience using Scrum methodology.
• Experience with ServiceNow implementations.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
