Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

Loch Harbour Group is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to support business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts for a government client.

In Short

• Provide expertise in business process analysis, system design, and process improvement.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
• Work closely with government functional customers to document, prioritize, and refine requirements.
• Make user story recommendations based on best practices.
• Provide guidance and best practice recommendations to other business analysts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless implementation.
• Support testing efforts and validate solutions against requirements.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation and training materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an Agile environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years of functional experience with ServiceNow.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile methodologies.
• ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
• U.S. Citizen with Active Secret Clearance.
