Overview

Loch Harbour Group is seeking an experienced IT Training Specialist to develop and deliver technical training programs that support enterprise application solutions.

• 5+ years of experience in information systems development or training.
• U.S. Citizen with an active Secret Clearance required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in information systems development, training, or related fields.
• Proven ability to develop, design, and conduct IT training programs.
• Experience with enterprise applications and training program management.
• U.S. Citizen and active Secret Clearance.
• Relevant IT Instructor/Trainer certification.
• Preferred experience in ServiceNow, ERP, or cloud-based applications.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITSM frameworks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with LMS and e-learning platforms.
