Mid-Level ServiceNow Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

Loch Harbour Group is seeking a Mid-Level ServiceNow Business Analyst to support business process and system analysis, design, and improvement efforts for a government client. The ideal candidate will assist in translating business process needs into technical requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices, out-of-the-box ServiceNow technology, and DLA Digital Business Transformation initiatives. This role requires experience in requirements gathering, Agile methodologies, and workflow optimization.

In Short

• Support business process analysis, system design, and process improvement initiatives.
• Work with government functional customers to document requirements as user stories.
• Assist in developing functional and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine workflows and optimize efficiency.
• Participate in testing, training, and implementation efforts.
• Contribute to process documentation and user training materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an Agile environment.
• ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
• U.S. Citizen with Active Secret Clearance.
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain/maintain a DoD clearance.
