Training Specialist - Remote

Overview

We invite a proactive, organized, and highly motivated Training Specialist with excellent communication skills and a mature, agile mindset to join our Training team within the Dev.Pro University department. In this role, you’ll manage various training activities, work with external vendors, and oversee contracts and payments. You'll also collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance the efficiency of our educational programs and create meaningful training experiences for Dev.Pro contractors.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Learning and Development (preferably in IT)
• Strong skills in planning and coordinating training activities
• Experience managing contracts, payments, and stakeholder relations
• Experience communicating with external training service vendors
• Budget tracking, estimation, and time-management skills
• Upper-Intermediate English level (strong written communication)
• Proficiency in Google Sheets
• Attention to detail; strong ability to work independently
• Effective skills in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting training data
• Understanding of various educational formats and adult learning principles
