The Quality and Training Specialist plays a critical role in enhancing Employment Services operational efficiency, maintaining compliance, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Understanding of Employment Services.
• Proven experience as a facilitator or trainer.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must pass a Criminal Record Check.
• Preferred: Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
