Claims Specialist (12 Month Fixed Term) - Remote

In Short

• Work with the User Support Team to resolve participant claim issues.
• Provide backup for User Support Team as needed.
• Process client claims and service provider invoices accurately.
• Review and invoice RSVP services to contractual standards.
• Provide quality assurance for claims/invoices processed by others.
• Answer inquiries from field staff via phone and secure message.
• Prepare cheques and EFT payments.
• Perform filing, mailing, scanning, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
• Ability to prioritize and problem solve.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn and enhance skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in claims processing or financial services.
• High level of confidentiality; employment contingent on Security Clearance.
