In Short

  • Manage and process incoming claims efficiently, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and timely resolution.
  • Communicate directly with customers, providers, and partners to gather necessary documentation and clarify case details.
  • Assist in claims review by investigating claims and identifying discrepancies.
  • Maintain detailed and compliant records for audit and regulatory purposes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve claims workflows and automate routine tasks.
  • Monitor statistical data to ensure efficient claims handling is maintained.
  • Help build and refine our claims playbook and knowledge base.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience and support scalable processes.
  • Participate in a continuous learning journey and innovate processes.
  • Engage in effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Claims handling roles/ industry.
  • Experience in building successful relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with MS Office Suite and Google Workspace applications.
  • Strong knowledge of coverage analysis, claims investigation, and litigation management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive initiative.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
