Overview

As a Claims Specialist, you will handle a caseload of complex, high exposure, auto and general liability claims throughout their life cycle, often involving litigation and defense counsel management.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and negotiation abilities.
  • Technical claim handling knowledge, including coverage laws.
  • Results-oriented with analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence others and exceed expectations.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
  • Hybrid or remote work arrangement available.
