Overview

Kinetic is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist to join our dynamic Insurance Operations team, leveraging expertise in Workers’ Compensation claims to deliver exceptional customer service and manage claims for our policyholders.

In Short

• Manage claims for Kinetic policyholders.
• Identify high-risk policyholders and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate return-to-work programs.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Conduct client onboarding sessions.
• Analyze claims data and performance metrics.
• Support product improvement initiatives.
• Lead or contribute to special projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Workers’ Compensation claims experience.
• Proven experience conducting claim reviews.
• Knowledge of Return-to-Work protocols.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Experience creating pivot tables and charts in Google Sheets.
