  • Assist in reconnecting with existing partners and introducing Kinetic to new ones.
  • Work closely with senior team members to drive early engagement.
  • Comfortable with up to 25% travel based on need.
  • Engage in partner onboarding through a multi-touch approach.
  • Use data to drive performance and monitor KPIs.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in insurance.
  • Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Demonstrated success in engaging and influencing client stakeholders.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to exceed performance targets.
  • Problem-solver with curiosity and creativity.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Analytical capabilities, including experience with data reporting.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and Tableau preferred.
