Overview

As an Account Manager at Kinetic, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our policyholders, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our wearable technology, AI driven return to work program, and other risk mitigation services.

  • Bilingual in Spanish/English is a bonus.

  • Must be able to travel 30-40% of the time.
  • 2+ years of experience in business operations or customer facing roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail, data driven, highly organized.
  • Motivated self-starter with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, start-up environment.
  • Efficiently manage time and customer requests.
  • Communicate technical impacts to non-technical audiences.
