• Leadership role overseeing actuarial analysis for Workers’ Compensation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in actuarial science, with 5+ years in Workers’ Compensation.
• Experience with large WC books of business.
• Ability to develop leading indicators for performance.
• Proficient in using industry data and benchmarks.
• Experience in building Excel-based tools for pricing.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical partners.
• Experience influencing product strategy through analysis.
