In Short

  • Handle a caseload of predominantly low to moderate complexity.
  • Develop and apply trial skills to litigate cases.

  • Supervise research projects delegated to Associate Counsel and paralegals.
  • Draft legal documents including pleadings and motions.
  • Attend court events independently.
  • Provide case analysis and recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain strong client and business partner relationships.
  • Utilize case management technology effectively.
  • Travel as required for business needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of litigation practice or legal experience.
  • Insurance litigation experience is desirable.
  • Strong legal research and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to articulate legal positions clearly.
  • Commitment to high-quality legal work.
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in relevant states.
  • Valid driver's license may be required.
