Overview

The Construction Liability Claim Representative is responsible for investigating, evaluating, reserving, negotiating, and resolving Specialty Liability related claims, ensuring quality claim handling throughout the claim life cycle while maintaining compliance with internal and external standards.

  • Intermediate analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of insurance contracts and investigation principles.
  • Effective interpersonal and customer service skills.
