Overview

The Construction Sales Representative will be responsible for partnering with the sales team, and managing the installation and new construction of loading docks and commercial door equipment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing various sized construction projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Knowledge of NYC Construction Codes.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Project and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Experience with AutoCAD is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
