Overview

The Complex Liability Claim Representative is responsible for investigating, evaluating, reserving, negotiating, and resolving Specialty Liability Bodily Injury and Property Damage claims while providing quality customer service and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5 years of equivalent business experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Advanced knowledge of claims and litigation processes.
• Ability to make independent decisions on cases.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• High School Degree or GED required.
• 3 years of liability claim handling experience preferred.
• Insurance License may be required.
