Account Manager - Remote

Overview

The Account Manager at Pallon will work with the Customer Success and Sales Teams to manage and expand relationships with existing clients, focusing on driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B account management or consultative sales.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Proven track record of expanding customer accounts.
• Strong consultative sales skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Experience in customer engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM tools.
