As an Account Manager for the SmartrMail team at Relay Commerce, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and driving growth through effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in customer success or consultative roles.
  • Technical account management experience.
  • Experience with email marketing solutions and G Suite.

  • Ability to work resourcefully across multiple time zones.
  • Collaborative experience with technical teams.
