Overview

As a Business Development Representative at Relay Commerce, you will play a key role in growing our customer base and helping brands unlock the power of our technology through effective sales strategies.

In Short

  • Engage with inbound leads and proactively reach out to potential customers.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and needs analyses.
  • Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline.
  • Own the sales process from first touch to paid trial conversion.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Maintain records of sales activities via HubSpot.
  • Represent Relay Commerce and Flockler with enthusiasm and integrity.

Requirements

  • Skilled communicator who thrives on listening and understanding customer needs.
  • Passionate about digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media.
  • Experienced in SaaS sales, especially in a B2B environment.
  • Confident in phone, video, and written sales conversations.
  • Comfortable managing a high-volume sales pipeline via HubSpot.
  • Bonus: Multilingual skills (German, French, etc.) are a plus!
