Overview

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) role is key to leading the team to help merchants minimize the time it takes to see positive ROI from Relay’s products, overseeing a team of Customer Success Specialists.

  • Develop and execute a customer success strategy.

  • Responsible for customer retention and growth.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer.
  • Continuously learn about the market and product.

Requirements

  • Experience managing a team in Customer Success or similar role.
  • Collaborative experience with technical teams.
  • Experience building Customer Success functions.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Direct experience in e-commerce or B2B SaaS.
  • Proficiency in tools like Hubspot and Notion.
  • Minimum 5+ years in Customer Success or consultative roles.
