helloassist is looking for an Account Manager (REMOTE - WFH) to ensure our clients’ satisfaction by providing responsive, high-quality support throughout their journey.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, assisting with onboarding and resolving issues.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day interactions and high client satisfaction.

  • Prepare reports on client engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in client success or account management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Strong client relationship skills and direct client interaction experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
  • Leadership skills and accountability.
  • Familiarity with productivity tools.
  • Experience working on a Graveyard Shift.
  • Resourceful and self-motivated.
  • Continuous learner and adaptable to change.
