Our first product is a wearable device that monitors kinematic motion of an employee, and helps provide coaching and monitoring of high-risk ergonomic motions such as bending, twisting, and jumping. Kinetic has deployed this wearable product to over 85,000 workers in the last 8 years, and has seen great success when the device is complemented with workforce education, coaching, and regular interaction. In Short

  • Design, launch, and manage deployments of Kinetic’s technology in various industrial client environments.
  • Help customers realize the benefits of our system by guiding them in device deployment and worker participation techniques.
  • Present to various groups including C-Level executives and site managers to train them on Kinetic’s technology.
  • Provide consultation, additional training, support, and in-depth data analysis for the life of your deployments.
  • Analyze device data to identify safety issues at customer sites.
  • Correlate dashboard data to customer’s reduction in injury rates and calculate ROI.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in a customer success, deployment, or account management role.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to extract insights from large data sets.
  • Extremely well-organized and adept at juggling multiple work streams.
  • Extraordinary communicator across all modes.
  • Experience building and delivering presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills and ability to get things done in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Ability to build trust and relationships with various audiences.
  • Enthusiastic about working in an autonomous environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
