• Manage a portfolio of primary first party and third-party cyber claims.
• Analyze insurance coverage issues and draft correspondence.
• Navigate primary and excess insurance claim environments.

• Work with external counsel and vendors on cyber incidents.
• Ensure effective claim administration with the Operations team.
• Analyze claims portfolio results and identify trends.
• Assist in developing policy wordings and tailored solutions.
• Liaise with Actuarial, Finance, and Risk Management teams.
• Represent Converge at industry events.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Cyber and Tech E&O experience.
• University degree or equivalent; J.D. is desirable.
• Legal or technical background is ideal.
• Knowledge of Cyber insurance markets.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Collaborative work style.
• Up to 10% travel may be required.
