Overview

The Business Development Manager at Converge will play a key role in driving growth and building relationships in the cyber insurance sector, focusing on strategy and engagement with partners.

In Short

• Report to the Head of Distribution.
• Work closely with the Underwriting team.
• Identify new opportunities and build relationships.
• Conduct brokerage visits in the assigned territory.
• Support regional business plans and growth strategies.
• Monitor performance and provide guidance to brokers.
• Up to 25% travel required.
• 5+ years of experience in sales & underwriting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

• 5+ years of experience in sales & underwriting, especially in cyber insurance or technology.
