Overview

The Business Development Manager at Converge Insurance is responsible for driving growth and building relationships in the cyber insurance sector, working closely with the underwriting team and brokers.

In Short

Remote position covering Northeast, Southeast, or Midwest regions.
Collaborate with the Head of Distribution and Underwriting team.
Develop regional business plans to drive growth and optimize products.
Conduct brokerage visits to develop new accounts and service existing ones.
Support brokers with product knowledge and resources.
Monitor performance and identify trends in broker relationships.
Participate in partnered insurance program initiatives.
Up to 25% travel required based on location.

Requirements

5+ years in sales & underwriting or commercial cyber insurance.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Aptitude for learning technical concepts.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
