Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in P&C Workers Compensation claims.
  • Strong understanding of Workers Compensation statutes.
  • Jurisdictional knowledge preferred (NJ, IL, MD, etc.).
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • State required certification exams and licenses.
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid or remote environment.
  • Knowledge of computer technology and software.
