• Seeking a skilled Major Case Unit claims professional.
• Investigate and resolve complex and catastrophic claims.
• Handle all aspects of assigned claims including reserving and communication.
• Participate in trials, settlement conferences, and mediations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams for process improvements.
• Maintain electronic files and analyze defense counsel's performance.
• Coordinate training in handling complex claim matters.
• Work in a tech-driven claims organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 12+ years of claim handling experience.
• Strong understanding of legal processes and medical terminology.
• Ability to manage litigation cases and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of transportation coverages and state statutes.
• Active adjuster license(s) required.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
