In Short

• Submit claims accurately with all required documentation.
• Post payments and adjustments quickly, maintaining balanced accounts.
• Follow up on outstanding claims to accelerate payment.
• Handle denials and appeals efficiently, interpreting EOBs.
• Collaborate with the software engineering team to improve tools.
• Work cross-functionally with billing, operations, and client success teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years in dental revenue cycle management, particularly claims.
• Familiarity with dental billing software and tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities.
• A collaborative mindset with an interest in improving workflows.
• A bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
