Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years in platform engineering, SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure.
• 2+ years leading technical initiatives or mentoring.
• Experience designing production-grade Kubernetes solutions.
• Strong background in Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with incident management.
• Experience implementing GitOps workflows.
• Passionate about improving developer experience.
• Effective communicator of complex technical concepts.
• Ability to identify organizational pain points.
