In Short

Lead a team of mobile engineers to deliver useful, fast, and delightful cross platform mobile experiences.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver core Daydream features to users.
Identify and optimize performance issues.
Improve frontend infrastructure and contribute to our component library.
Engage in build, test, and iterate loops on features for continuous improvement.

Requirements

12+ years of professional software development experience with native mobile development (Swift, Java/Kotlin, SwiftUI / jetpack).
Proven TL experience for cross platform mobile development teams.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong track record of building and shipping production-ready web applications.
Extensive experience shipping cross platform mobile applications with native iOS/Swift (preferred), Java/Kotlin, and/or other cross platform frameworks.
Experience with SwiftUI/Jetpack and building highly optimized mobile experiences.
Experience with version control and building for mobile accessibility as well as CI/CD.
Highly collaborative mindset with a focus on enabling team success.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and work across different parts of the stack.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Passionate about shipping.
