In Short

• Lead a team of mobile engineers to deliver useful, fast, and delightful cross platform mobile experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver core Daydream features to users.
• Identify and optimize performance issues.
• Improve frontend infrastructure and contribute to our component library.
• Engage in build, test, and iterate loops on features for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional software development experience with native mobile development (Swift, Java/Kotlin, SwiftUI / jetpack).
• Proven TL experience for cross platform mobile development teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong track record of building and shipping production-ready web applications.
• Extensive experience shipping cross platform mobile applications with native iOS/Swift (preferred), Java/Kotlin, and/or other cross platform frameworks.
• Experience with SwiftUI/Jetpack and building highly optimized mobile experiences.
• Experience with version control and building for mobile accessibility as well as CI/CD.
• Highly collaborative mindset with a focus on enabling team success.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and work across different parts of the stack.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Passionate about shipping.
