• Seeking a Head of Pricing & Analytics for the Product & Data team.
• Drive data informed decision-making across the organization.
• Improve pricing models, risk and distribution insights.

Requirements

• Experience with actuarial pricing in the Property & Casualty insurance market.
• ACAS, FCAS, or equivalent actuarial designation preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to translate technical findings into business insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and SQL; Tableau, R, Python preferred.
• Desire to innovate and work in a fast-paced environment.
