Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Deep knowledge of talent acquisition best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the insurance or InsurTech industry is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
