  • Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Ensure inclusive hiring practices to promote diversity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Deep knowledge of talent acquisition best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the insurance or InsurTech industry is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solving skills for hiring challenges.
