Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
• Adept at sourcing strategies and candidate assessment.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to generate insights from metrics.
