In Short

• Ledgebrook is seeking an experienced Claim Manager to oversee its portfolio of General Liability and Unsupported Excess Liability claims.
• You’ll ensure timely, thorough, and cost-effective claim resolutions.
• Collaborate with leadership, underwriting, actuarial, and technology teams.
• Refine the claim management platform and reporting capabilities.
• Define best practices across multiple casualty market segments.
• Strong technical foundation in E&S casualty claims is required.
• Manage relationships with internal and external partners.

• Experience in a fully remote, fast-paced environment is preferred.

Requirements

• 10+ years handling Commercial General Liability claims.
• 5+ years managing litigated CGL claims.
• 3+ years handling non-admitted market claims.
• 2+ years overseeing claims handled by Third-Party Administrators.
• Proven ability to analyze coverage and prepare decision letters.
• Strong litigation management skills.
• Experience in quality assurance claim file reviews.
• Analytical mindset for complex claims.
• Collaborative communicator across teams.
• Customer-focused with a proactive mindset.
