Overview

Ledgebrook is seeking an experienced Claim Manager for its current book of both General Liability and Unsupported Excess liability claims. Join our claim team whose mission is to ensure the third-party administrators who handle our claims are resolved in a timely, thorough and cost-effective manner.

In Short

  • 10+ years Commercial General Liability (CGL) Bodily Injury, Property Damage and Personal and Advertising Injury claim handling experience
  • 5+ years of managing litigated CGL claims
  • 3+ years claim experience handling non-admitted market Excess and Surplus Lines claims
  • 2+ years of overseeing claims handled by a Third Party Administration (TPA)
  • 2+ years of supervising claim direct reports
  • Ability to analyze coverage and articulate a coverage position
  • Ability to create a reservation of rights or coverage decision correspondence
  • Experience in participating in quality assurance claim file reviews
  • Experience in Allied Healthcare and Professional Liability claims is a plus
  • Ability to work as a team player or independently in a fast-paced work environment
