We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, with a focus on non-engineering roles, and will play a critical part in shaping the organisation's growth.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience managing an end-to-end recruitment process.
• Experience in high-level recruitment within a fast-paced startup.
• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on recruiter with sourcing and engaging passive talent.
• Proactive with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
