Softr is the first AI-native platform for building business apps such as internal tools and client portals, without any code. We are looking for a creative and data-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to own and scale Softr's influencer and creator partnerships program.

In Short

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategy across multiple platforms.
• Identify and onboard influencers in relevant niches.
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns.
• Build and manage a creator database.
• Cultivate relationships with creators and brand advocates.
• Negotiate deals and manage contracts.
• Define KPIs and track performance data.
• Run A/B tests to optimize ROI.
• Collaborate with the Growth team on influencer attribution.
• Work in a fully remote and flexible environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or community-led growth.
• Proven track record of launching successful campaigns.
• Familiarity with the SaaS and productivity ecosystems.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing dashboards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment.
• Experience with tools like Airtable, Notion, or HubSpot is a plus.
