Vacation® is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager, a unique hybrid of strategist, storyteller, relationship manager and goal-oriented achiever— to help us translate social insights into world-class cultural ideas that perform.

• Oversee the Influencer Marketing program and identify cultural insights from social media.
• Drive creative excellence and maintain strong relationships with creator partners.
• Create cultural cachet for the brand on social channels.
• Define overall influencer marketing strategy and build best practices.
• Manage agency relationships and allocate budgets effectively.
• Lead identification and management of Influencer relations.
• Monitor campaign creative performance and identify winning patterns.
• Stay attuned to cultural and social trends.
• Write compelling creative briefs and lead creative kick-offs.
• Collaborate with influencers/creators to ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in digital/social media or creative strategy.
• Experience working as part of a fully remote team.
• Proven success in developing and executing creative strategies.
• Experience with Motion, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Assertive communication style.
• Excited to grow Vacation® into a household name.
