Influencer Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

Nigela is a young brand specializing in high-quality black cumin products. Our goal is to bring health and well-being into everyday life through natural ingredients. A central part of our growth is the close collaboration with influencers and content creators. We are looking for you as an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and expand our creator network.

In Short

• Identify, initiate and negotiate influencer collaborations (Micro & Macro Influencers).
• Manage existing partners and build long-term relationships.
• Plan and implement campaigns (story packages, product placements, performance deals).
• Develop collaboration models (Barter, Affiliate, Paid).
• Monitor and report on influencer campaigns (engagement, reach, conversion).
• Trend scouting on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube for new creators and formats.
• Work closely with the content and community team to align messages.

Requirements

• Initial professional experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media or Brand Marketing.
• Sense for trends, content and target audiences (25+, DACH).
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Structured and independent working style.
• Passion for health, nutrition & lifestyle.
• Proficient in social media tools and Excel/Sheets (for evaluations).
