In Short

• Manage our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
• Respond to comments and direct messages.
• Moderate comments under advertisements (quickly respond, remove spam, moderate critical comments).
• Engage actively with our community to build trust.
• Assist in posting content, stories, and reels.
• Convey community feedback to marketing and management.

Requirements

• Initial experience in social media or community management.
• Strong communication skills, friendliness, and solution-oriented work.
• Quick understanding of questions related to products and health.
• Independent and reliable working style.
