Overview

As the Head of Analytics at SOFTGAMES, you will lead a high-performing team of data analysts and drive the data strategy to provide actionable insights that influence game development and business decisions.

• Lead and mentor a team of 4 data analysts.
• Collaborate with development teams to maintain high data quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game data analytics with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of game monetization and marketing strategies.
• Experience in Product Data Science, including churn and LTV analysis.
• Strong experience with machine learning models in production.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau preferred).
• Experience with big data platforms like Databricks and Snowflake.
• Excellent English communication skills for diverse audiences.
• A strategic mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of experimental design and A/B testing techniques.
