Overview

SOFTGAMES is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and optimize our legacy portfolio of casual games across Mobile and Facebook Instant Gaming platforms. You'll play a key role in ensuring these older, established games continue running smoothly while discovering new ways to enhance their performance.

In Short

• Ensure smooth operation of 20+ casual games on Mobile and Facebook Instant Gaming
• Manage SDK updates, platform compliance, and technical requirements
• Experiment with and implement optimizations and monetization strategies
• Lead a team of 2 developers and 2 QA testers
• Provide and prioritize QA resources for other teams

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a relevant Project Manager or Producer Role
• Technical Background
• Experience in Agile Project Management
• Passion for casual games and a solid understanding of the mobile gaming industry
• Familiarity with F2P and Ad Monetisation
• Experience managing teams and technical operations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
