• Collaborate with government stakeholders to define requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
• Facilitate prioritization of business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and document business processes and workflows.
• Lead system and user acceptance testing.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure solutions meet specifications.
• Maintain understanding of federal agency operations.
• Conduct workshops to communicate requirements and improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in developing business process documentation.
• Familiarity with SDLC and ITSM best practices.
• Strong communication skills.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
