ServiceNow Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to support ongoing platform enhancements and multi‑module implementations. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are accurately captured, translated, and delivered through scalable ServiceNow solutions.

In Short

• Support ongoing ServiceNow platform enhancements and implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Map business processes across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB.
• Translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
• Assist with the configuration of ServiceNow modules.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and track defects.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Analyze platform performance for continuous improvement.
• Provide training and support to end users.
• Contract-to-hire position with a minimum duration of 6 months.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years focused on ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience writing user stories and process documentation.
• Ability to gather requirements and model processes.
• No specific degree required; equivalent hands-on experience accepted.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments preferred.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations and data migration.
